You may cancel or modify your appointment at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, please note that it will be considered a "late cancellation," which may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. If you do not cancel and don’t show up for your appointment, you will be marked as a "no show" and charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). Please keep in mind that appointments made within the 48-hour period are also subject to this cancellation policy.
