Apply a cool, damp cloth or gel pack to reduce any discomfort as needed.

Avoid using hot water on the treated area(s) for 24 hours.

Avoid steam rooms, saunas, or intense exercises that cause excessive sweating.

Use mineral-base makeup or avoid heavy makeup products until redness subsides.

For 7-14 days post-treatment, avoid harsh skincare products. Use only gentle cleansers and non- comedogenic moisturizers.

Do not expose the treated area to direct sunlight for at least 7 days. Always wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.

Do not use exfoliating products or undergo additional treatments for 10-14 days post-treatment.

Limit alcohol intake for 24–48 hours after your treatment

Follow-up pictures are essential for tracking your skin's progress and adjusting your treatment plan as needed.

Continue to drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and promote healing.
