Refrain from direct sun exposure for at least 1 week before your treatment. Use sunscreen daily to protect your skin.

Avoid blood-thinning medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, or supplements like fish oil for 3-5 days prior to the procedure.

Avoid facials, chemical peels, and laser treatments for at least 10-14 days.

Discontinue the use of retinol, vitamin A, and exfoliating acids (like AHAs, BHAs) for at least 7-14 days before the procedure.

If you have active skin conditions (like acne, eczema, or rosacea) or are pregnant, consult your provider before scheduling the treatment.

Avoid taking antibiotics for 14 days before hyaluronic application.

Do not undergo laser treatments on or near the areas to be treated.

Do not wax, bleach, or use depilatory creams for 1 week before your treatment.

Keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water leading up to your treatment.
